Trained in illustration and painting form an early age, Alissa Wright’s artwork is found in some of Australia’s finest homes and is often featured in interiors style publications. Inspired by stories and pictures from her childhood Alissa captures images from her mother’s years in Port Moresby. Lilla is a reminder of all the photos of the children, the native families and their traditions, the colours of their landscape and the beautiful honesty in their expression.
